Sometimes you just got to write down what you think or else nobody will hear you.

It seems to me that what we need on this network is more information and more blogs. So to get the ball rolling I plan to post some of the things that I have written in the past for magazines, websites etc. Let me know what you think, even if it's not good.
Best wishes Keith

My Brother Robert does Tai Chi and is so very enthusiastic about it. He has even helped me with getting started. I would love other people to write to him about their experience in Tai Chi ect. Please do drop him a line, he has no computer or is able to access a computer, but is a good writer and would love to hear from you. He leads a bit of an isolated life and most of his freinds do not practice TaiChi. I know he would love to correspond with like minded people. His name is:
Robert Szulimowski

The following study of Taiji Fundamentals is based on Toni DeMoulin's personal experience and dedicated study with Master Alex Dong and Master Tung Kai Ying.
I encourage the serious student to make a list of what you think is true 100% of the time in every move. Write your list before you read my notes or anybody else's notes. Make this list based on your personal experience and observations, not what you have been told or something you have read. Take your time. The process of doing this is invaluable when studying Taiji. I have done this many times during the past 35 years. After you have made your own list, go ahead and read this paper or others you find on the internet. Try physically doing what is suggested on someone else’s paper and see if it feels good, is it comfortable, is it the natural way the body moves and sinks?
